In this blog,i will share some of my experiences of college life.Though its almost impossible to say even 10% of the events in one blog only,it is always good way to start with something atleast.
As most of the ppl would say,their college life was most memorable and enjoyable moments after childhood,i am no exception.I have enjoyed my college life to its fullest.Yes,the definition of enjoyment may vary from person to person.For me,it means to spend times with your best pals,when you are not having much work.At the same time,study well when it demands.Unfortunately,the later part didn't provide good results for me,as far as getting marks are concerned.My friends always thought that i used to spend a lot of time doing my study.But the fact was that either i was not so extrovert that everyone could see me everywhere,or wasn't so easy to mingle with everyone.That is why my frns always thought that i was doing my studies only, all the times.But in fact i was spending my times with one or other close fiends,either watching movies or talking.Here it would be better to say that i was a big movie worm.And still so am i.
Anyways,most of the ppl with whom i used to interact in hostel were my good frieds only,but it would be nice to mention few names here:khaitan,jha,bapu,gattu,buddha,umesh,shiv,baranwal (confused man),ravi and so on..list continues but plz note that its not in the priority order:-)
I can't forget the moment when i had first entered in the 1st year hostel(Cauvery Block)..Unfortunately i got hostel very late because by the time i came to get admitted,the hostel rooms were occupied..It was only after some 15-20 days of starting the college,when i got my bed in Room number 57..On 2nd floor.Actually 2nd floor were mostly occupied by guys who had taken admission thru Management Quota...But most of them used to study hard at times of exams..I made good frndship with few of them,like, Zoeb(who later came to room no 57 at my place and i went to his place in room no 58),Gaurav,Yudi..
Though the trend of ragging in our hostel was not the same as it was in many other institutions,but still at dinner time 2nd year guys used to get some chance to show their seniority..But we were on our own way apart from then..Sometime few seniors used to take us to such places where there was no fear of getting caught by warden..I remebre one of the event when Sanjay Kumar and some of his batchmates had taken me out..i didn't know name of any of them..and that was the biggest mistake one could do.In such cases juniors could get heavy punishment too at some times..But i was left with some minor punishment..What i had to do was just to sought names of all of them(with Mr. prefixed to it) at the highest pitch..My batchmates,specially Manish Kumar used to tease me about that event most of the times..But other than that there was another event involving Micky and Piyush(he had a nickname too,but i can't write it here:-))...Its better if i don't say anything abt that event here at the moment..
I would like to finish this blog here bcoz its getting longer and longer..
